MARYHILL Housing has appointed Cruden Building to deliver an £11 million affordable housing development in the Maryhill area of Glasgow.
Due to start next month, the project will be built on vacant land at the corner of Maryhill Road and Cowal Road on the approach to Kelvindale.
The site is one of eight transformational regeneration areas (TRAs) in Glasgow. The Maryhill development will see 62 one and two bedroomed apartments being built for social rental, mid-market rental and shared equity. The new development will also feature communal landscaped areas and parking.
