AVANT Homes has commenced construction on a further 134 homes at its Weavers Lea development in Barrhead.
The £40.9 million 27-acre development is located on Aurs Road, eight miles southwest of Glasgow. The new phase of homes will feature a selection of three, four and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached properties.
Avant Homes Scotland sales and marketing director, Theresa Barbour, said, “The first phase of our Weavers Lea development in Barrhead has had a significant amount of interest since its launch in August 2019, and we’re pleased for it to be 90 per cent sold ahead of the launch of our second phase.
“Due to its proximity to Glasgow and the nearby countryside, there is a significant demand for housing in the area and providing a further 134 homes demonstrates our commitment to meeting buyer demand in Barrhead and beyond.”
