SCOTLAND is set for its first drive-thru Greggs after planning permission was secured by the bakery chain for the build of the eatery.
To be located at Glasgow’s Great Western Retail Park, the drive-thru will be open from 5am until midnight seven days a week.
Site plans for the build show that there will be a seating area located outside the eatery, with it sitting beside a Burger King restaurant and a 72-space car park.
There are currently seven drive-thru Greggs in the UK, six of which are in England and one in Wales.
