URBAN Union has launched a Key Worker Contribution Scheme to help those on the frontline of the Covid-19 battle buy a brand new home.
The initiative is a way of offering a thank you to Scotland’s key workers who can receive up to £2,500 towards buying a new Urban Union home at the Muirton Living development in Perth.
Muirton Living currently has a small collection of remaining properties ready to be sold. Urban Union is working in conjunction with the Caledonia Housing Association and Perth & Kinross Council to create a new community.
Neil McKay, MD of Urban Union said, “We want to say a big thank you to our brilliant key workers who have shown such courage in the face of the Covid-19 crisis. This is why we are announcing this new contribution scheme to thank them for all they have done.”
