THE first phase of homes at a new luxury development in Glasgow’s west end has sold out.
All 29 apartments from The Beech Collection at the Jordanhill Park development by CALA Homes (West) have been purchased, with the next phase from the development’s Oak Collection now available to buy.
The Walled Garden comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments, each including a private parking space, zoned underfloor heating, composite decking to balconies, lift access and a secure video entry system.
The housebuilder is also set to launch a collection of townhouses and detached villas at Jordanhill Park in the coming weeks.
