KINROSS-based bespoke housebuilder Webster Homes has resumed construction and sales enquiries at its latest development at Powmill, just five miles from Dollar in Perth & Kinross.
The Paddocks consists of seven high spec properties, including five steading-style homes, and two detached five bedroom villas. Each property is available with the option to buy an additional piece of paddock land for £10,000 an acre.
Webster Homes MD Daniel Webster said, “We are delighted to be back on site. This development was launched just before lockdown, so the timing has not been ideal, but we are now confident that we will see interest over the summer months and into the autumn, as this is a very sought after location.”
Webster Homes is one of several businesses run by Daniel, including a hot air ballooning firm and a honey company. He believes his contracting background will help as his private housebuilding arm re-establishes itself after the Covid-19 pandemic.
“We’ve provided numerous new build country properties all over Perth & Kinross under the Webster Construction banner,” he explained. “So we know what buyers of homes in the country are looking for. We enable buyers to put their own stamp onto the property and that is a real USP for us.”
