Housebuilder achieves highest ever customer satisfaction rating

MACTAGGART & Mickel has been awarded a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation for the eighth year in a row.

The accolade is based on an independent customer satisfaction survey and is awarded to housebuilders after feedback from homeowners on a range of factors including the quality of their new property, the buying experience and whether they would recommend the firm to a friend.

A five-star rating means at least 90% of customers are willing to recommend their housebuilder. Mactaggart & Mickel achieved a 97.5% customer satisfaction rating – its highest ever score.
