CRUDEN Homes has appointed Rory Stephens as senior land & development manager in the east of Scotland.
He will be responsible for focusing on sourcing new opportunities across the group’s core areas of private residential development, mixed tenure regeneration and affordable housing.
Rory has previously held roles in acquisition and development at the Chris Stewart Group and in corporate real estate at Lloyds Banking Group. He will join Barry Woods, who was recently appointed to the role of land & development manager at Cruden Homes, having previously been project management surveyor.
Cruden said the appointment is the latest in a series of new roles within the business. The operational team has also welcomed a number of new recruits including: Kyle Rowley (contracts manager), Richard Low (contracts manager), John McDonald (project manager), Andrew Graham (site manager), Neil McGhie (assistant site manager) and Andrew Black (assistant site manager).
