SCOTTISH headquartered quantity surveying and commercial management consultancy Soben has announced changes to its senior team, including the promotion of operations director Andrew Gallacher to the role of UK & Europe MD.
Ian Tucker is the new operations director, while Sabrina Mohamed joins the business as key account director. Owner and founder Scott Smyth becomes group CEO.
Andrew Gallacher will oversee Soben’s activity in the UK and Europe, which includes the provision of quantity surveying support on construction projects including office and residential developments, data centres, renewable energy schemes and infrastructure projects such as HS2.
He said, “Soben is a business that is set for continued growth in the UK and beyond, and it is a privilege to take on the position of managing director for the UK & Europe. I look forward to working alongside Ian and Sabrina in their new roles and with the rest of our fantastic team.”
