EDINBURGH Marina Holdings has released a number of buy to rent luxury retirement living apartments.
The developer of the new Edinburgh Marina waterfront development said investors looking to invest in retirement living accommodation are now able purchase a ‘limited’ number of apartments off-plan.
The one, two and three-bedroom apartments are located at Royal Wharf Edinburgh Marina. Occupiers will have access to services and amenities including concierge service, private landscaped gardens, exercise studio, private treatment rooms, guest studios, hobby room, private dining room and kitchen, private cinema, business centre, library, communal laundry room and a dog washing facility.
Charles Price, spokesperson for Edinburgh Marina Holdings said, “Independent living is probably the fastest growing investment sector in the UK. The rental market is driven by the demand from an increasing older population who prefer to rent. Royal Wharf Edinburgh Marina has been specifically designed to provide a diverse range of facilities and bespoke services which makes this a unique investment opportunity.”
The £500 million Edinburgh Marina development will include a marina comprising 427 full-serviced berths, new homes for sale and rent, the Hyatt Regency Spa and Conference hotel and serviced apartments, medical hub and shopping.
