ARC-Tech (Scotland) has been contracted to work on its third care sector project in as many years.
The firm will support construction of a new luxury care home in Troon. The 56-bed Queens View Harbour Luxury Suites, created by Morrison Community Care Group, will provide specialist health services and a range of exclusive amenities.
Arc-Tech will provide a turnkey M&E solution, with works comprising of heating including a CHP unit, plumbing and thermal insulation as well as lighting, security, fire and communications systems.
