OFFICE fit out and refurbishment specialist Overbury has landed a contract to deliver the first phase of a refurbishment project at Registers of Scotland’s Meadowbank House offices in Edinburgh.
Glasgow-based Overbury will help to create 6,000 sq ft of open-plan office space, including workstations, flexible working areas and meeting facilities. It is part of the recent framework appointment of Overbury, AKP and Clark Contracts.
Corin Dougall, Overbury’s project manager said, “We are thrilled to have secured the first significant refurbishment project procured through the framework. We understand the importance of this project to Registers of Scotland and we will create an amazing, high-quality space though our innovative and collaborative approach to project delivery.”
Overbury will be working alongside Reid Mitchell, Faithful+Gould, Troup Bywaters+Anders, C2 Concepts, Will Rudd Davidson, and Lambert Smith Hampton to complete the project phase.
