GHI Contracts has chosen to team up with building services specialist Arc-Tech (Scotland) for the delivery of three contracts across Scotland’s central belt.
Comprising the reconfiguration of offices at 24 St Vincent Place in Glasgow, a healthcare centre in Midlothian, and Braidhurst Place in Strathclyde Business Park, works are already underway.
Arc-Tech has worked with GHI Contracts since 2017, where the partnership delivered Kintore House, an office conversion that is now home to an aparthotel; a Vita Student Gym and the upgrade of offices for a major software provider in Edinburgh.
The three new office configurations will utilise a similar mix of service packages in order to upgrade each premises including air conditioning, ventilation and water services as well as lighting, fire, security and data systems, amongst others.
