Cruden Building to deliver multi-million pound Springburn development

CRUDEN Building has landed a £7.2 million pound contract to redevelop former public halls in Glasgow.

ng Homes has appointed the firm to the project, which will see delivery of 49 flats along with a commercial unit, within a new building on the site of the former Burgh Halls in Springburn, in the north east of the city.

The development is due for completion in 2021. 21 of the flats will be available on a mid-market rental basis with the remaining 28 homes for social rental.
