TAYLOR Wimpey East Scotland has announced the start of pre-construction and enabling works for a new 304-home development in Roslin.
Sinclair Gardens, located on land off Main Street, will comprise a range of of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, as well as 25% affordable homes.
As part of the Section 75 planning agreement with The City of Edinburgh Council, Taylor Wimpey East Scotland will make a contribution of over £3.6 million towards local education, transport and community facilities.
