MARTIN Dalziel has been appointed project director to help drive delivery of the next phase of Aberdeen’s new £800 million Countesswells development.
Martin, formerly of New Ingliston Ltd & Highland Properties Group, has previously worked on high-profile projects including the Gyle Square office scheme in Edinburgh, which was awarded the British Council of Offices regional prize and the David Alsop Award for sustainability. He was MD of Robertson Property Ltd before joining Highland Properties Group.
300 homes have already been delivered at Countesswells by Stewart Milne Homes, Barratt, Kirkwood and CHAP, with many more currently under construction. The project is being taken forward by Countesswells Development Limited (CDL), a subsidiary of Stewart Milne Group
