MGM Timber has secured a new trade and distribution centre in Clydebank.
The independent timber merchant has leased 21,000 sq ft across two industrial units at Bleasedale Court, which will be used to store and distribute timber products across Scotland.
The business currently has 12 customer branches across Scotland, which will be serviced by the new storage units.
JLL acted for the site’s owner to secure the deals for both units which have been recently refurbished. The site includes office accommodation and a communal yard area.
