Housebuilders invited to seize residential opportunity near Glasgow Airport

A new residential opportunity has opened up at a site adjacent to Glasgow Airport.

The land for sale, which is currently owned by Junction 29 (Scotland) Ltd, has capacity for up to 180 new homes, and the potential for more in future should further transport links with the airport come to fruition.

The 17.6 acre site is situated on the south side of the M8/St James Interchange and has Planning Permission in Principle. It forms part of a larger 40-acre, mixed use site with consent for a hotel, a pub/restaurant, business or industrial use, and car parking.

Paul Kelly, director of Junction 29 (Scotland) Ltd said, “The location of this plot of land will be attractive to housebuilders, given its prime location two miles from Paisley town centre and just a few minutes’ walk from Paisley St James train station and St James Playing Fields.”
