GOOD things come in threes for property consultancy JLL, as a trio of employees who originally joined the business as graduates are promoted to senior positions.

Edinburgh-based Freya Pottinger has been promoted to senior planning consultant, while Geoff Ferguson, also based in the capital, moves into the role of senior surveyor.

Glasgow-based Conor Doherty has also elevated to senior surveyor and will continue his role within the firm’s valuation advisory team.

The three staff have been with JLL for over five years, having joined the business via JLL’s graduate scheme and completing their professional exams through either the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Alasdair Humphrey, lead director for JLL in Scotland commented, “These promotions are thoroughly well deserved and have been achieved as all three are now effectively operating in new, more senior roles as a result of delivering a consistently impressive service for our clients.

“We pride ourselves on an unwavering commitment to attract and retain the best talent our industry produces. These promotions are testament to this ambition and I’m proud to see that all three have chosen to learn, become professionally qualified and continue to develop their careers here at JLL.”
