MERCHANT Homes has been granted planning permission for a new 106-home residential development in Glasgow.
Lochwood Gardens, located at Stepford Road, just north of the city’s Edinburgh Road, will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced homes.
Initial plans include the development of a nature garden and a play area as part of the new neighbourhood, which will boast views of Cathkin Brae.

Work on the new development will begin this month, with the launch of the first phase of homes expected to be released in May.
