MERCHANT Homes has received the green light for its plans for a new 32-home residential development in Inverkip.
Langhouse Gardens will comprise a mix of three-bedroom semi-detached and three and four-bedroom detached homes. Located on Langhouse Road, Merchant Homes said the properties have been designed to complement the “picturesque setting” of the village.

Merchant Homes said work will begin in spring this year.
