HARDIES Property & Construction Consultants has completed work on the Caird Hall bar and restaurant in Dundee city centre.
The project was carried out for St Andrews Brewing Company. The 7,500 sq ft premises are situated in the basement of Dundee’s Caird Hall. The restaurant has seating for 160 people, a wine cellar and conference room, while the pub section has 20 beers on tap. The site also boasts a ‘Scotch Corner’ and an ‘indoor beer garden’.
