Glasgow tenants benefit from improvement works

CCG Asset Management, the planned maintenance division of the CCG Group, has announced completion of a kitchen renewals contract for Thenue Housing Association.

Works were undertaken to 103 properties in the Cranhill and Blackhill area of Glasgow over the course of three months. The contract has been delivered as part of an ongoing housing stock improvement programme. Works comprised of the complete removal and replacement of all kitchens and the installation of new flooring.
