CCG Homes has reported an “outstanding level of interest” at its flagship Riverford Gardens development in Glasgow’s southside, with all properties from the first release now reserved.
The 156-home project is located along the banks of the White Cart River and features a range of house-types and styles. The first release comprised a mix of two-bedroom apartments, three-bed semi detached houses and four-bedroom terraced villas with integral garages. The second release is now available for reservation.
CCG Homes said each property boasts “spacious, open plan living areas, high levels of specification throughout and improved environmental performance through an enhanced building fabric and solar PV”.
Calum Murray, director of CCG Homes said, “CCG Homes strongly believe that Riverford Gardens is an outstanding proposition for any homebuyer. There are not many city-based developments that can offer a riverside location or access to an array of amenities and transport links to the extent of Riverford Gardens.
“Our sales team has taken a great deal of time and care to make sure that we have offered everything that the modern buyer could want. Following a very positive early reception from buyers, we are excited for what the next few months will bring and are delighted to start what we hope will be a very successful journey.”
