AVANT Homes has secured planning permission for 197 new homes for a £52.6 million development in Hamilton.
Highstonehall is a joint project, which will see Avant deliver a variety of three and four-bedroom homes on a 22-acre site. Construction will start immediately, with the first homes tipped to be ready in April 2019.
Avant Homes Scotland managing director David Knight said, “We’re very pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted and that construction is now underway at our Highstonehall development in Hamilton. Investment in Scotland, and in particular the central belt, is very important to us. Demand for high-quality housing in an excellent location is very high in this area, and we’re committed to ensuring this demand by homebuyers is met.”
