CALA submits plans for new Aberdeen development

CALA Homes has submitted a planning application to Aberdeen City Council for a 49-home development at 22 King’s Gate.

The housebuilder is hoping for the green light to create one and two-bedroom apartments.

Ross Maclennan, land director at CALA Homes (North) said, “We are very pleased to submit this application which will transform a currently disused redundant site into high quality, desirable homes in keeping with CALA’s exacting standards. This will present a rare opportunity to purchase a CALA property in the heart of the city’s west end and we anticipate significant interest in this development from a wide range of buyers, from young professionals to downsizers, should planning approval be granted.”
