STEWART Milne Homes has appointed Niall Campbell as commercial director for its central Scotland division.
Bringing more than 20 years’ experience to the role, Niall has been a quantity surveyor, then senior surveyor, for Stewart Milne Homes Central Scotland since 2008.
His new position will see him responsible for overseeing the division’s quantity surveying, estimating and procurement teams. He will also be tasked with driving several new tenders, with upwards of 600 units, through to completion.
Niall said, “Stewart Milne Homes has an enviable reputation in the industry for providing high-quality homes in desirable locations, and I am thrilled to be joining the team in this new position. This is a very exciting time for the company and I am looking forward to driving the business’ strategic objectives, while further building upon its strong presence in central Scotland.”
