Architecture firm steps up in the Capital

ARCHITECTURAL and masterplanning firm 10 DESIGN has relocated to a newly refurbished office space in Edinburgh.

The company, is headquartered in Hong Kong with five offices across the globe, has leased 5,000 sq. ft. of first floor space at the newly refurbished 132 Princes Street.

Previously based in a 2,000 sq. ft. office at Hunter Square, the firm took the decision to move to a larger space to accommodate future growth.

10 DESIGN currently employs 35 staff in the Capital, and has agreed ten-year lease on the new office. The new space offers the architects a ‘de-furbished’ office look including exposed services, brick concrete and steel.

JLL Scotland is promoting the property. Geoff Scott, associate director at JLL commented, “We are delighted to have secured 10 DESIGN as a tenant who will be an excellent addition to the building. 132 Prince Street offers a de-furbished look to meet modern demand for engaging, through provoking places to work.

“Only the second and third floors remain, both of which offer high quality modern accommodation with stunning castle views, as well as a prime city centre location with direct access to Edinburgh’s tram network.”
