GLASGOW-based building services contractor Arc-Tech (Scotland) has reached a significant milestone after taking on its 100th employee.

The firm, which specialises in industrial & commercial, mechanical, electrical and renewable service packages, now employs 106 people, including five trade apprentices.

The business has experienced rapid growth since launching in 2016. Arc-Tech managing director John Gallacher said, “Arc-Tech’s vision is to become a revolution in building services with first-class commitment to installation quality and customer service. In order to achieve this goal, we employed exceptional tradespeople and managerial staff, all of which have been individually chosen by the board of directors.

“Arc-Tech demonstrates professionalism, quality and commitment at every opportunity. We believe that our ‘can do’ attitude is a genuine breath of fresh air and ensures that the client process is as productive as possible, all of which cannot be done without our people. We knew that to be the best we had to employ the best and our strategic investment in human capital has significantly paid off, our clients have confirmed they are willing to provide Arc-Tech with repeat business as they know the building service element of their project is in safe hands.”

Arc-Tech confirmed that a further six trade apprentices will be joining the business in August as part of its commitment to youth training.
