BRIAR Homes has announced it will deliver a new 17-home £5 million development in Muirhead, North Lanarkshire.
Planning permission has been granted for the Station Road site, with Briar Homes – the new private homes arm of AS Homes (Scotland) Ltd – set to start work on site later this year.
The development will comprise three and four-bedroom detached homes, designed by George Buchanan Architects.
Briar Homes launched its first ever development, Calderpark Gardens in Broomhouse, Glasgow in March this year. Almost half of the homes in the initial sales release are already reserved off-plan.
