MARTIN Dick has been appointed a senior quantity surveyor at regeneration firm Urban Union.
He previously worked as senior quantity surveyor for Uddingston-headquartered Emtec Property Services Limited, Interserve Construction, Clark Contracts Limited and Balfour Beatty amongst others.
A graduate of Ayr and Dundee colleges of technology, Martin has worked in construction and property services for almost 40 years.

Martin has an extensive career history in the construction industry and we are confident that his expertise and skillset make him a fantastic addition to the Urban Union team.”

The appointment marks the ninth new hire for Urban Union since the start of 2017. Other new roles include three sales advisors, an assistant quantity surveyor, a customer service manager, a sales and marketing assistant and a business development manager.
Urban Union currently has three developments underway in Scotland: Laurieston Living in Glasgow, Pennywell Living in Edinburgh and Muirton Living in Perth. A fourth development, Pollokshaws Living, has also been secured and submitted for planning.
