Arc-Tech delivers bespoke M&E package for luxury car facility

ARC-Tech (Scotland) has carried out bespoke mechanical and electrical works for a luxury car facility in Ayr.

The £4 million building is owned by Park’s Motor Group. Creating 50 new jobs, the facility is said to offer a “unique buying experience” for Jaguar Land Rover cars.

Arc-Tech provided a complete design, build and commission mechanical and electrical package, including highly specified showroom lighting, general internal power, lighting and emergency lighting, external lighting, power and illuminated signage, air conditioning systems, heating and water services, specialist supplies to workshop equipment, supply and extract ventilation systems, and drainage.

John Gallacher, Arc-Tech managing director said, “The Jaguar Land Rover Arch Facility is the fourth major contract to have been completed by our team and we are delighted to be involved with such a prestigious partner in the form of Park’s Motor Group. Our work on the contract began in January 2017 and through an intensive delivery programme, we managed to install and commission all of our services within a 16-week period which is an outstanding achievement given the extent of works required to bring the project together.”
