ROBERTSON has announced a record £580 million turnover for the year ended March 2017- an increase of 28%.
Profit before tax is up 22% to £26 million, while the group’s forward order book totals £2.3 billion.
The Stirling-based group has 21 distinct infrastructure-based businesses and over 2,200 employees. Employee numbers have increased by 300 in the past year and the group was recently awarded a Gold accreditation from Investors in People in recognition of ongoing investment in apprenticeships, internships, school leavers and graduates. The Group currently employs 207 employees under the age of 24, including 52 apprentices, 53 trainees and 13 graduates.
