DEVELOPMENTS in Aberdeen have helped put Dandara in contention for a range of prizes in the UK round of the International Property Awards.
The developer has been nominated in 12 categories, with developments in Aberdeen receiving half of the nominations.
Forbes Place at Stoneywood, Aberdeen’s first build to rent (BTR) development, has been recognised in the Apartment – North East Scotland and the North East Scotland Lettings Agency categories.
Hazelwood in the west end of the city was also acknowledged, with Beech Walk nominated in the Architecture Multiple Residence category and the Lime bungalow nominated in the Architecture Single Residence category.
Dandara’s flagship property, The Devonshire at The Grange, has also been recognised in the Property Single Unit – North East Scotland category. While The Meadows at the Stoneywood development, near Dyce, is in the frame for the Residential Development – North East Scotland category.
Dandara’s six other nominations are for developments on the Isle of Man and in Bedfordshire.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on Friday, October 27, 2017.
