CCG has announced that a “beautiful” new housing development in Dundee has sold out in under ten months.
Families have already started to move into the 17 new three and four bedroomed detached and semi-detached energy efficient homes, located at Lochlee Wynd, just off Glamis Road. The houses were constructed offsite using a timber frame system manufactured by CCG.
CCG said the development is the latest addition to the firm’s portfolio and “continues the company’s tradition of delivering homes effectively and efficiently at an affordable price”.
Lochlee Wynd is part of a mixed tenure development that also includes ‘Blackwood House’, a two-storey block of six flats designed to support flexible living with increased levels of accessibility and integrated communications. It was also delivered using offsite construction methods, utilising an additional level of the CCG OSM timber system with the factory-applied application of ‘brick slips’.
Calum Murray, director of CCG said, “Lochlee Wynd is a beautiful new development which resonates with the surrounding area offering stylish homes that reflect the values of the city. This once unattractive, brownfield site has been transformed into a range of three and four bedroom homes offering ample living space and outstanding value. The fact that all properties have been sold within 10 months is an outstanding achievement for CCG.”
