THE first residents of Aberdeen’s newest community have collected the keys to their new homes.
Stewart Milne Homes welcomed the owners of the first five homes at Regency Place, Countesswells. They included Peter and Susan Scott, who said the “perfect” Countesswells location is ideal for their love of countryside living.
Countesswells will eventually comprise of 3,000 homes. Stewart Milne Homes said every home has been designed “to make the most of its unique position, orientation and style”.
