CALA Homes (West) has commented work on its new Mansionhouse Road development in Langside.
The development, which is situated on the former site of the Mansionhouse hospital, comprises 101 one, two and three-bedroom flats and penthouses across three separate buildings.
On-site demolition work and ground preparation works were carried out prior to construction beginning this month.
Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes (West), commented, “The Mansionhouse Road development is a key part of our activity in Glasgow for 2017 and we’re very pleased to be starting work on site.
“The area is very prominent in Glasgow’s southside and we’re really looking forward to seeing the development progress. The preparation works are the first step in the process and locals will gradually begin to see the homes taking shape.”
A show apartment is expected by winter 2017 and the first residents are expected by spring 2018.
