Heriot-Watt University graduate Eve Lewis has been awarded a commercial property prize by JLL Scotland for her “exceptional” academic performance.

Eve was judged as the best performing post-graduate student in the MSc real estate management & development degree during the 2015/16 course.

Alasdair Humphery, JLL Scotland’s lead director, gave Ms Lewis a cheque for £250 in recognition of the quality of her course work and dissertation. A former student at Heriot Watt’s School of the Built Environment, Humphery graduated in 1986 before embarking on a career in commercial property.

Alasdair Humphery said, “Each year we take great pleasure in recognising the exceptional talent being produced at Heriot Watt University, which has educated a great number of Scotland’s leading commercial property professionals. Eve’s award is a culmination of her hard work and determination. We wish her good luck in her next steps, be they academic or professional.”
