NEW proposals have been announced for retail facilities at a major regeneration project in West Lothian.
Southdale, just south of Armadale, is a £300 million mixed-use development being undertaken by developer EWP Investments.
A planning application has been lodged for a number of retail units, located at Southdale Way, including a food outlet/coffee shop and dental surgery. EWP said Dears Pharmacy have already applied to open a pharmacy in one of the units.
In addition to new housing, Southdale has already delivered an ASDA, Arnold Clark dealership, Marston’s pub restaurant and Wee Gems private nursery. A primary school is set to open at the site this month.
