CCG has completed the final stage of building works at a new social housing development on the outskirts of Glasgow.

The project resulted in the Cambuslang-based firm creating 18 cottage flats and a car park at Calmachie for West of Scotland Housing Association.

CCG said the flats were created using off-site construction methods and were delivered to a Silver Standard of energy efficiency thanks to CCG’s own timber frame system.

Calum Murray, director of CCG explained, “We have a strong track record working with West of Scotland Housing Association and we are proud to be part of the transformation of Camlachie. Phase 10 is a highly sustainable and energy efficient development and one which the tenants of West of Scotland are sure to benefit from.”
