THE Association for Project Safety (APS) has unveiled the shortlist of successful entries for the National CDM and Student Designer Awards.
The organisation said a record number of entries had been received and the shortlist was decided upon following an “intense judging process” by a panel of experts.
The winners will be announced at a dinner in London in October.
Richard Wilks, APS President said, “The judges have certainly had a very difficult time deciding the winners of each of the nine different categories at this year’s National CDM and Student Designer Awards. So much so, we had to push the original shortlist announcement date back while the judges made their final decisions.
“We are delighted by the quality of each of the entries and are confident that those working in the Design and Construction Health and Safety Risk Management sector are producing excellent examples of good practice, helping ensure that construction workers return home safely each day.”
