GRAHAM Construction has delivered a £3.7 million Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit (IPCU) in Stratheden Hospital, Fife.
Facilities include eight en-suite bedrooms, space for therapeutic and rehabilitative activities, communal lounge and dining accommodation, visiting and staff areas, consulting and meeting rooms and secure external grounds.
Graham said additional features were installed for patient and staff security, using bio-dynamic lighting, nurse call systems, access control and CCTV.

Graham Construction has completed a number of other healthcare facilities including the Critical Care Unit at Monklands Hospital in Airdrie, Barrhead Health & Care Centre and Carluke Community Health Centre.
This project was part of the FS2 Framework which is delivering design, development and construction projects across Scotland for the NHS over the next five years.
