The finalists have been announced in the Property Funding Team of the Year category for the third annual Scottish Property Awards.
Bank of Scotland, M&G Real Estate, Royal Bank of Scotland and Santander have been shortlisted for delivering commercial property finance.
The Scottish Property Federation has welcomed the announcement. David Melhuish, director of the SPF said, “The property industry is a capital intensive business and sourcing major finance is the crucial challenge to our industry’s success in generating investment for Scotland. It is great to see these major businesses on the short list for this important award and we congratulate all the finalists on their entries to Scottish Property Awards 2016.”
The event will take place on 3 March in Glasgow.
