Keepmoat builds supply chain in Scotland

Keepmoat is encouraging sub-contractors to attend a supply chain event on Friday 27th November to explore opportunities of working together and potentially sign up to the approved supply list.

The event will provide an opportunity for sub-contractors to meet representatives from Keepmoat’s commercial and operational teams and find out more about the company, which specialises in sustainable community regeneration and new build homes.

Keepmoat’s business in Scotland continues to expand significantly in a diverse range of projects with local authorities and RSL clients.  Recent new business highlights include a contract to build 45 new homes in Greenock for Oak Tree Housing Association, a £17.5m project with Aberdeen City Council to extensively refurbish seven multi-story tower blocks in the Seaton area of the city, £13m internal and external improvement project at Cedar Court, Glasgow with Queens Cross Housing Association and a £6m heating replacement win with Perth and Kinross Council.

The event will run from 9am – 2pm at the Mercure Hotel, Livingston. Eamonn McGarvey, Keepmoat’s regional managing director in Scotland, said, “We’ve secured a number of new business wins this year and due to this we are looking to expand our current supply chain.  It’s a great opportunity for us to meet new sub-contractors and for them to meet us and ask us any questions about our upcoming projects.”
