DANDARA has received 14 prizes in the UK round of the International Property Awards, with half of the plaudits going to its developments in the north-east of Scotland.
The premium property developer’s luxurious residential communities, Hazelwood and Stoneywood in Aberdeen, each received three prizes at the prestigious award ceremony in London with the developer’s City South office park also picking up a gong. Having secured three of the coveted 5-Star awards, Dandara has secured a place at the “world’s best” judging stage of the awards in Dubai later this year.
Hazelwood received the 5-Star award for best architecture (single residence) in Scotland for the four-bedroomed Spruce house type; the development was also highly commended in two categories – best property single unit in North East Scotland for The Devonshire at The Grange and best residential development in North East Scotland for The Wynd at Hazelwood.
The Stoneywood development was awarded two 5-Star awards for best architecture (multiple residence) in Scotland for the Waterton Mews development and best development marketing in Scotland. Stoneywood was also highly commended in the residential renovation/redevelopment UK category for The Coachhouse within the development’s Walled Garden phase.
Gavin Wyley, managing director of Dandara in Aberdeen said, “These awards are a fantastic acknowledgement of Dandara’s commitment to providing the absolute highest possible standard of living to our customers and better connected new office facilities to our corporate clients.”
Dandara received a further seven awards for its developments in The Isle of Man and Bedfordshire.
