Willie MacDiarmid has been named chairman of Ogilvie Group.
The Group said he has an “extensive track record” in chair, non-executive director and CEO roles, and has delivered “outstanding results” in industries such as construction, energy and healthcare.
MacDiarmid is currently chairman of Fallago Rig Wind Farm Ltd and a non-executive director at Smart Metering Systems and Business Stream. He has been CEO at both Barchester Healthcare and May Gurney and was on the main Board at E.A.G.A. PLC.
