The Stewart Milne Group is recruiting for a project manager to play a key role in the creation of a 3,000-home new community.
The successful candidate will oversee the growth of homes, neighbourhoods and amenities that will contribute to the creation of the new community of Countesswells, which will be built in a prestigious, green field location outside Aberdeen over the next 15 years.
The 410 acre site will comprise 3,000 homes, employment land and schools, shops and healthcare facilities. The community will play an important strategic role in accommodating forecast population growth in Aberdeen and North-east Scotland to 2023 and beyond.
It is anticipated that there will be three major phases of development at Countesswells and one of the project manager’s roles will be to manage the staging of the infrastructure through the initial years of the project and the long term development programme.
