Aberdeen-based Knight Property Group has confirmed the completion of its £40 million development at CityView Business Park, with the unveiling of the fourth, and final pavilion.
Work on the site, which used to be a car showroom, started in October 2012. Pavilion Four, consisting of 32,820 sq ft over three floors, marks the final stage of the site which totals 100,000 sq ft.
The other three pavilions are occupied by international consultancy, engineering and project management company, AMEC who has 10 year leases on the each of the properties.
The latest offering from the property developer has the capacity to accommodate up to 300 persons over three floors and has the potential to be sub-divided to accommodate more than one tenant.
Howard Crawshaw, director at Knight Property Group said, “We are proud to have completed the final building at CityView Business Park. A key factor in our decision to undertake the project was the fantastic location it offers Aberdeen businesses, and we have proven its success with AMEC’s long standing tenancy contract.
“Given its open plan features, and the multiple options for tenancy – single or multi let, we are confident that Pavilion Four will provide the flexibility and competitive commercial terms which tenants are seeking at present.”
The project is a joint venture between Knight Property Group and M&G Real Estate. Ryden and F G Burnett are the joint letting agents for the development and principal contractor for the works is Andrew Cowie Construction.
