Atmos Consulting has continued its expansion in the north of Scotland with the addition to three new team members.

This comes less than six months after Dr Greg Fullarton joined the independent environmental specialist to head up the Inverness office. He brings years of local knowledge, previously working on a number of large scale civil engineering and renewables projects in the Highlands, and is now actively growing the business in the north

The team he is building now includes senior environmental consultant Sarah Rauch-Lynch, principal environmental consultant Pete Nairne and graduate ecologist Kirsty MacDonald.

Sarah and Pete join Atmos from engineering services firm Jacobs, where both had been seconded to BEAR Scotland in Inverness. Kirsty joins the firm as part of Atmos Consulting’s commitment to bringing on young local talent, with assistance from the Highland Council Graduate Placement program.

Sarah, a graduate in Sustainable Environmental Management, has recently been project manager on a number of significant bridge replacement schemes delivering the environmental assessment process throughout the entire project lifecycle, producing Construction Environmental Management Plans as well as carrying out ECOW role on site.

Pete Nairne, formerly Environmental Design Manger for BEAR Scotland, brings years of local knowledge along with extensive experience of protected species, species licensing, environmental assessment and on site delivery of mitigation measures.  He previously held posts with Mouchel, Scottish Water and SEPA.
