SPRINGFIELD Properties has swept the board at this year’s industry Oscars and believes that its family values is what keeps it the people’s favourite.

Springfield’s recently launched ‘It’s Included’ campaign, secured the Best Customer Service Initiative Award for the second year in a row.

HR Manager Heather Henderson was presented with the industry’s Employee of the Year Award for her dedication, company understanding and her natural ability to do what is best for Springfield and its employees in one action.

The five Springfield homes at Powderhall Gate in Edinburgh earned the Best Small Development Award and eleven townhouses at Corstorphine Mews, also in Edinburgh, were highly commended.

Managing Director, Innes Smith said, “We believe in delivering the best for our customers. These awards are a testament to the hard work and focus of our staff in making this possible. It is their investment in building the very best homes that comes through in the quality of their design, construction and customer services throughout.

“A few years ago, Springfield was an unknown name in the central belt, thanks to our dedication to customer service, a Springfield home is now a popular choice in Scotland. This is a family business and we will continue to put our customers at the heart of everything we do.”

The company currently employs more than 420 directly and has approximately 1000 people working on their projects everyday. Springfield aims to have apprentices make up 10 per cent of the work force. They encourage development for their staff too, by offering further training resulting in strong staff retention and loyalty.
